Typical shojo romance where the main drama comes from the couple being unable or unwilling to communicate with each other. As a Japanese woman, I understand that stoicism is part of public face, and that for young relationships being emotionally honest can be difficult, but it's very hard to believe that childhood friends would not be able to communicate or intuit one another's feelings. They are honest about their positive feelings, but can't seem to express some of the fears and jealousies in their burgeoning romance. The art is appealing, and I like some of the characterization, but it doesn't stand out from the pack.

It's long, but the longness of it is really important. As a 14-year-old, this has just the right amount of cuteness and honestly, I would recommend this to 14-year-olds and up.

In my opinion, this is a great and well-executed manga with just the right amount of comedy and romance. A very enjoyable read! Also, the story is just soo cute!
